| PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES | |

1 c. peanut butter 2/3 c. soft butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. brown sugar 3 eggs 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt FROSTING: 3/4 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. water Drizzle over top of cooked brownies - 1 teaspoon shortening, 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Drizzle 1st drizzle. Mix peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in sugar, flour, and salt. Bake in a jelly roll pan or a large shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. | |

I just pulled my first pan out the oven, and I have to say this recipe is AWESOME!I added 1/2 a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the batter and my, my, my that was the best thing I've tasted in a long while. My family loves them as well. Thank youu for this easy and very pleasing dessert!
