QUICK AND EASY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 whole broiler-fryer, cut into pieces

Mix preserves, dressing and soup mix. Pour over chicken pieces.

Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour. Serve with rice.

Also works well with cranberry sauce instead of the apricot preserves. Whole berried or jellied. Delicious.
