QUICK AND SPECIAL CHICKEN BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli with cheese flavored sauce
1 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. dry sherry
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar whole mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. sliced almonds

Thaw broccoli. Combine contents of thawed broccoli pouch with chicken, milk, sherry, poultry seasoning, pepper and mushrooms. Spoon into 2 individual casseroles. Sprinkle almonds on top. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees about 15 minutes or until casseroles are bubbly in center. Makes 2 servings.
