FROZEN WALDORF SALAD 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple or lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. diced celery
2 med. apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. Cool Whip

Combine eggs, sugar, juice, salt and cook until thick. Cool and add pineapple, celery, apples and nuts. Mix together and fold in Cool Whip. Freeze.
