COCONUT CRUNCH APPLE PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell (deep dish)

FILLING:

4 c. peeled apples, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Mix filling and pour into crust.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. shredded coconut
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all topping ingredients; sprinkle topping evenly over pie. Bake pie at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Allow 25-30 minutes to cool before cutting. Enjoy.
