APPLE BUTTER PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. Libby's pumpkin
1 c. apple butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten slightly
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shell

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Top with Streusel Topping and bake for 15 minutes.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. pecans, chopped
