APPLE BUTTER PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
1 c. Musselman's apple butter
1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
9 inch deep dish frozen pie shell, thawed
Streusel topping

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie shell. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted two inches from center comes out clean. Top with streusel topping (below). Bake for additional 15 minutes. Makes one 9 inch pie.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

3 tbsp. softened butter
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped pecans
