APPLE BUTTER PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
1 c. apple butter
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, lighten beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (9") frozen pie shell
Streusel Topping

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie shell. Bake 50-60 minutes. Top with streusel topping. Bake for additional 15 minutes.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

3 tbsp. softened butter
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped pecans
