SNOW GHOST CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 (9 inch) pastry shell
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream

Combine cocoa, sugar, salt, and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Blend milk into dry ingredients; stir until smooth.

Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat; blend in butter and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Press plastic wrap directly onto the top pf the pie filling. Cool and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream.

If you find a piece is missing, you'll know the snow ghost ate it.
