LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles, uncooked
2 qt. marinara sauce (or a little less)
2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In deep lasagna pan: Spread 3/4 cup sauce on bottom, then layer ingredients in the following order: Raw lasagna noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan and sauce. Begin another layer of ingredients by placing noodles at right angles to first layer then continue layering cheese and sauce. Cover snugly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 20 minutes before slicing.
