LASAGNA 
2 boxes lasagna noodles (curled edges)
1 lb. chopped meat
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Tomato sauce (Marinara or spaghetti)
Salt, pepper, oregano to taste

Mix egg into ricotta cheese. Brown chop meat (approximately 20 to 30 minutes). Add salt, pepper and oregano. Cook noodles according to package directions.

In a large lasagna pan layer as follows: 1. Put some sauce on the bottom of pan. 2. Put 1 layer of noodles. 3. Put 1 layer of meat, top with some tomato sauce. 4. Put 1 layer of noodles. 5. Put 1 layer of ricotta cheese (use all the ricotta). 6. 2 layers of noodles top with some tomato sauce. 7. Sprinkle with the Mozzarella cheese, add remaining tomato sauce. Cook approximately 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
