LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground meat
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil
1 piece garlic, diced
3 eggs
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Lasagna noodles
Salt & pepper
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
1 onion, diced
1 container ricotta cheese
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown ground meat. Add onions and garlic until tender. Drain. Add oregano, basil, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Saute 1 hour. Add eggs to ricotta cheese and add Parmesan cheese to this. Cook lasagna noodles.

Butter glass lasagna dish. Layer a few noodles on top of butter. Add egg mixture, some mozzarella cheese then some sauce. Continue until all is gone. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
