LASAGNA 
1 long, deep pan
2-2 1/2 lbs. ground meat
12 lasagna noodles
1/2 bag frozen onions
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
Lg. jar spaghetti sauce
Seasoning salt
Garlic powder
Pepper
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. Mozzarella cheese

Cook ground meat with onions and seasoning salt. Boil water with oil then add noodles, cook until done. Drain noodles. First layer the pan with sauce, then noodles, spread Ricotta cheese, ground meat, Mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper and sauce. Second layer is the same. Top the lasagna with a layer of noodles, sauce, Mozzarella cheese, butter and seasonings. Cook for 1 hour.
