SWEDISH STEW'S POUND CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 c. self rising flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together cream cheese, butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Mix in flour and then vanilla. Bake in a buttered and floured Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until done.

Serves 10 to 12.

This is wonderful when served with strawberries or raspberries.
