SNOWBALL CAKE 
2 tbsp. plain Knox gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
Lg. angel food cake

Dissolve Knox gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water. Mix 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup pineapple and other ingredients. Add to gelatin mixture and mix well. Refrigerate until partly jelled (about 2 hours).

Remove and add 2 packages of Dream Whip that has been whipped into peaks. Remove all brown crusts from large angel food cake and break into small pieces. Line 4 quart bowl with plastic. Place layer of cake in bottom, top with some of above mixture. Repeat layers until ingredients are used. Refrigerate until chilled. When ready to serve; turn upside down on plate. Frost with additional Dream Whip and sprinkle with coconut, if desired.
