2 bags caramels 4 tbsp. water 4 tbsp. butter 1 lb. chopped pecans 1 1/4 lb. milk chocolate chips 1/2 cake paraffin wax (I only use 1/4) Melt caramels, water, and butter. Add pecans. Drop on lightly buttered pan and chill. Melt chocolate chips and wax in double boiler. Dip in chocolate. Wrappers can be found at Sharon's Crafts in North Mankato. Serves 7 to 8 dozen. |
