SWEDISH FARMERS COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour

Mix butter and butter with molasses. Add soda, sugar and flour. Divide dough into half and each half into 4 pieces. Roll each piece to size of thick finger length of cookie sheet. Flatten into 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut diagonal pieces immediately after removing from oven.
