POTATO LASAGNE 
10 potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
1 box lasagne
2 onions
2 sticks butter

Peel potatoes and cut. Boil and drain. Add milk and Velveeta cheese. Whip until fluffy. Boil lasagne, drain. Butter casserole dish. Layer lasagne. Layer mashed potatoes. Saute diced onions in butter, pour onions over casserole. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
