HARD TACK CANDY | |
3 3/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. Karo syrup 1 c. water 1 tsp. flavoring, any flavor 1 bag powdered sugar 1 box food coloring Mix sugar, syrup and water in large saucepan. Stir over medium heat. Boil without stirring until temperature reaches 310 degrees. Remove from heat. Stir in flavoring and coloring. Pour candy into cookie sheet covered with powdered sugar. Let cool. Break into pieces. |
