PEACH CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans peaches
1 tube Ritz crackers
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Drain peaches and place in blender. Process for a few seconds until there are no large pieces. Pour into casserole dish. Crumble the crackers into a medium bowl then mix in the brown sugar. Spread this on top of the peaches. Pour melted butter on top of all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
