PEACH NOODLE CASSEROLE 
12 oz. wide egg noodles
3 sm. cans "lite" sliced peaches, drain (reserve 1/4 c. liquid)
2 eggs, well beaten
1 stick butter (1/2 c.) melted, cooled
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sugar

Cook noodles as per directions; drain. Cut peaches into bite size pieces, save 10 for top.

Combine noodles, peaches, 1/4 cup liquid and other ingredients. Pour into 3-4 quart dish. Top with remaining peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Good side dish or dessert.
