Marble Fudge cake mix
2 lbs. ricotta
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk
Cool Whip
Instant chocolate pudding

Mix fudge cake mix, ricotta, sugar, vanilla and eggs well with beater until smooth, get 13 x 9 cake pan, grease and flour, pour cake mix into pan, then spread over filling. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Instant chocolate pudding, Cool Whip, 1 cup milk, mix together, spread over cake.
