ITALIAN LOVE CAKE 
FILLING:

1 1/2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. eggs

CAKE:

1 (14 1/2 oz.) pkg. marble cake

TOPPING:

1 sm. container Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Prepare marble cake according to the directions on the box. Pour into a 9"x13" pan. Pour filling mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes. Let cool. Mix pudding according to directions on box. Add Cool Whip and mix by hand and ice cake.
