CHEESE SHORTBREAD 
1/4 lb. butter
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup flour
dash of Tabasco sauce
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash paprika
dash cayenne
pecan halves

Combine all of the above ingredients except for the pecans and mix well (a food processor may be used).

Form the mixture into small balls a and press a pecan half into the top of each ball.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375°F for about 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
