FIVE BEAN SALADS 
1 c. green beans (cut)
1 c. wax beans
1 c. kidney beans
1 c. garbanzo beans
1 c. Great Northern beans
2 sm. onions, sliced and separated into rings

Drain and rinse beans. Pour 1 cup of vinegar, 1 3/4 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/4 cup safflower oil over beans. Mix well. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
