MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can French-style green beans
1 small can LeSueur brand peas
1 can white Shoe Peg corn
1 large jar diced pimento
1 c. chopped celery
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Dressing:

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. water
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of black pepper
Tabasco sauce to taste

Drain canned vegetables and add chopped vegetables. Heat dressing until sugar dissolves. Add pepper and seasonings to taste. Mix together with vegetables. Marinate overnight.

Serves 12 to 15. Quick and easy!
