MEAT FILLED SHELLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat (beef, pork or half of each) (may use chopped meat)
1 egg
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, diced
3 slices bread (fresh), torn into sm. pieces
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt & pepper
1 box jumbo shells, cooked as directed on pkg.
2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese

Break up meat into small pieces and saute in butter or olive oil. Drain fat. Mix cooked meat, egg, cheese, bread, milk and parsley thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fill cooked shells with mixture.

Spread layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or other shallow baking dish. Place shells in pan (they should not be stacked but may be squished together). Cover with remaining sauce (all shells should be covered). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
