MEAT FILLING FOR SHELLS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella
3 slices bread, diced
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt & pepper
1 1/2-2 qt. tomato sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese
Jumbo shells, parboiled

Break up hamburger into small pieces and saute with onion in a skillet on medium-high heat, until browned. Remove from heat. Add egg, mozzarella cheese, bread, milk, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover bottom of pan with tomato sauce (3 x 9 inch). Fill parboiled shells with filling and layer in pan. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
