MEAT FILLED SHELLS 
1 (12 oz.) box jumbo shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
1 c. mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce

Cook shell according to package; drain and cool on single layer on wax paper or foil to keep from sticking together. Brown beef and pork in skillet (drain).

Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, onions, oregano, salt and pepper. Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons meat filling. Spread sauce bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Place shells open side down in a single layer. Cover with remaining sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 36 shells.
