CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

MINT LAYER:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. creme de menthe

GLAZE:

6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Brownie Layer:

1. Mix ingredients and pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan.

2. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mint Layer:

1. Combine ingredients and spread over cooled brownie layer.

Glaze:

1. Melt chocolate and butter.

2. Cool and spread over mint layer.

3. Allow to cool 3 hours or overnight.
