1 white or yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg, well beaten

Mix well with mixer and press in 9x13 pan with fork.

SECOND LAYER:

1 stick butter, melted
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and pour over first layer. Bake 350°F, 30-35 minutes.
