CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
1/2 stick butter
1/2 stick butter
2 sq. bitter chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

MINT LAYER:

2 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp. mint extract
Green food color

GLAZE:

1 sq. chocolate
1 tbsp. butter

Melt and cool butter, butter and chocolate. Beat in sugar and eggs. Add flour, salt and vanilla. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes in greased 8 inch square pan.

When brownies are cool, spread with mint layer: Melt butter and add remaining ingredients; spread and chill.

For glaze: Melt chocolate and butter and spread over mint layer.
