CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 sq. chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sifted flour

MINT LAYER:

2 tbsp. softened butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp. peppermint extract
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Green food coloring

TOP LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs. Add sugar. Melt chocolate and butter. Add to egg mixture. Add salt and vanilla, then flour. Beat until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes in a 9 inch square greased pan. Cool.

Cream ingredients for mint layer together. Spread over the top of cooled brownies. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Melt ingredients for top layer together. Spoon on top of mint layer.
