STRAWBERRY SURPRISE 
Large angel food cake
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, fresh in season
1 pkg. dairy topping, large
1/4 c. of light rum, if desired

Cut cake in 1/2 lengthwise; remove 2 inches of cake from top and bottom; mix berries, 1/2 topping together with rum mixture should be thick. Put mixture in tunnels. Quickly place cake back together. Frost with remaining topping, trim with strawberries if so desired, use removed cake in dessert cups covered with pudding for a later meal treat.
