PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 c. sugar
2 c. raw shelled peanuts
pinch of salt
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

Bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Add peanuts. Stir constantly and cook until mixture turns light brown. Remove from heat and add baking soda and salt. Pour onto waxed paper and cool. Break into bite sized pieces.
