COWBOY CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans 3/4 c. Kraft barbecue sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 can Hungry Jack biscuits 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Brown beef and drain. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Heat until bubbly. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Cut biscuits in half (half-moon shaped) to form 20. Place on top of meat mixture, cut side down. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until biscuits are done. |
