APRICOT BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. apricot preserves or jam

Sift and mix dry ingredients. Stir in oats and sugar. Cut in butter. Pat down in 11 x 7 inch pan. Spread with apricot preserves. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 45 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
