CHALET SUZANNE ORANGE WHIP 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
2 c. sugar
Dash salt
4 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. orange peel, grated
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. orange sections, cut in half
2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Thoroughly mix gelatin, sugar and salt in saucepan. Beat together egg yolks, 1 cup of orange juice. Stir into gelatin mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture boils. Remove from heat. Stir in orange and lemon peel and remaining juice.

Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon. Stir in orange sections and fold in whipped cream. Pour into a 2 quart mold. Chill until set. Unmold. Serves 10.
