SUZANNE'S SWISS PIE | |
1 c. saltine cracker crumbs 1/4 c. butter, melted 6 slices bacon, fried 1/4 c. chopped onion, sauteed in bacon fat 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Dash pepper 3/4 c. sour cream (1 pt. container) 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten Mix and place in a 9 inch pie plate cracker crumbs and butter. Combine all ingredients, except Cheddar cheese. Pour into prepared pie plate. Sprinkle top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Can use pastry shell - prepared according to package directions. |
