CREAMY TURKEY STEW 
3 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 med. onion, diced
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. chunky style peanut butter
1 sm. dried hot chili pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3 c. turkey or chicken broth
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Melt butter in Dutch oven. Add onion and pepper. Cook until onion is tender. Stir in chili powder, tomato paste, peanut butter and broth. Mix well. Remove seed from chili pepper and add to mixture with nutmeg. Add turkey. Cook over low heat until heated through, stirring from time to time.
