CREAMY TURKEY STEW 
2 qt. water
1 lg. turkey remnant, cut in half
1/2 stalk celery, cut in half
1 lg. green pepper, cut in half
2 onions cut in half
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. black pepper
6 diced potatoes
7 diced carrots
1 cut up stalk broccoli
1 pkg. fresh mushroom
2 c. rice

Boil water add turkey, bones, celery, peppers, onions, garlic powder, black peppers. Reduce heat to medium cook 1/2 hour. Remove all ingredients and leave broth in pot.

Add potatoes, carrot, broccoli, mushrooms, and rice bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover. Make cream sauce.
