CRUNCHY BROCCOLI 
1 lg. bunch broccoli or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. grated American cheese
3 tbsp. milk or cream
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
3 strips bacon, broiled and crumbled

Cook broccoli until barely tender. Drain and turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine mushrooms soup with milk or cream and pour over cooked broccoli. Saute crumbs in butter until light brown and sprinkle over the top; place in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes until mixture is bubbly and crumbs are brown. Sprinkle bacon over the top and serve immediately. Serves 8.
