GRANDMA RUTH'S NOODLE KUGEL 
1 lb. bx. broad noodles (cooked according to directions)
1 c. sugar
4 eggs (well beaten by hand)
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1 stick of butter (melted)
Sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)
Raisins (optional)

Combine eggs, sugar, lemon juice and melted butter. Stir into cooked noodles. Add crushed pineapple. Add raisins, if desired. Mix well. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
