STIR-FRIED BROCCOLI AND CASHEWS 
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1/4 c. dry roasted cashews
1 tsp. garlic powder
Freshly ground pepper

Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Add broccoli, cashews, garlic powder and pepper. Braise over high heat for up to 5 minutes, until broccoli is crisp tender. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
