BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Break broccoli in flowerets. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and white vinegar; add to broccoli and onion. Marinate in the refrigerator 1-2 hours. Just before serving, add peanuts, raisins, and bacon and toss lightly.
