SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 baked pie crust

Cook first 3 ingredients. Mix cornstarch with a little milk and add to hot mixture. Cook until very thick. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Ready to eat at room temperature or chilled. Can add a little cocoa with cooking to make a quick chocolate sugar cream pie.
