FISHMAN'S RAINBOW TROUT | |
Use whole trout, cleaned and scaled. 1. Put a slice of bacon on top of each trout. 2. BROIL until bacon is cooked (4 to 5 minutes). 3. Turn fish over and broil for an additional 5 minutes. 4. Turn to bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Ready to eat. |
