JELLO GELATIN RAINBOW CAKE | |
1 (2 layer) pkg. white cake mix 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jelly, any flavor 1 c. boiling water 1/2 c. cold water Cool Whip Bake cake according to box directions. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add cold water. Poke cake with fork at 1/2 inch intervals. Spoon gelatin mixture over cake in pan until all is absorbed. Chill 3-4 hours. Top with Cool Whip. |
