COCOA SAUCE 
6 tbsp. Hershey cocoa
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa and sugar in saucepan. Blend in milk. Add butter and salt. Cook, stir constantly until mixture just begins to boil. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or other desserts. Makes about 2 cups.
