2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Combine ingredients and boil 1 1/2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, spread on cooled cake.
